Baked by Melissa is a bite-sized cupcakery. There’s 14 locations all over NYC, and the best part is that they deliver these delicious treats! My birthday this year was sandwiched in between two midterms, so my roommate ordered these cupcakes and they arrived in the mail the day of my birthday. I’ve seen this bakery in New York but I was always hesitant to try it, many people said they were nothing special, just really tiny cupcakes. I’m here to tell ya that these ARE special! They’re literally bite sized, yet so flavorful and moist! We all really loved them, each flavor was unique and decorated according to its’ flavor. I don’t think I’ve ever found a cupcake that I’ve actually loved, they all usually taste bland or overly sweet and nothing special. These are cupcakes I’d highly, highly recommend 🙂
